What is SEO, what are the types?

Search Engine Optimization or SEO is a combination of two words Search Engine + Optimization. Now first you need to know what is Search Engine and what is Optimaization? - Search engine is a software system created by www i.e world wide web to carry out web server. Basically, according to user query, it's search out the information. - Optimization is the best use of anything. That means any action of making the best and most effective use of resources or any situation. So, What is Search engine optimization? - SEO is the best optimization of the search engine or optimizing the search engine according to your needs. It is the process of making your website or pages for a better search engine so it can rank higher. Now the question is do we optimize search engines in SEO! - Instead of search engines , we optimize any websites or web pages. For example, suppose you have a jewelry business. Now suppose someone searches Google for Best Jewellery in Kolkata, Then if you want your website to be first or at the top. So your search engine has to be well optimizes. That is, your website should be made in such a way that it will be at the top of all. Now the question may come to your mind that only Google is a search engine? Or are there more search engines? - First let's say that google is a search engine but not only the search engine. There are many search engines besides google. Like- Google , Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, Yandex etc. Types of SEO or Search Engine Optimization - There are two categories of SEO. 1. On- Page SEO 2. Off- Page SEO Search engine optimization is done depending on these two methods. 1. On- Page SEO:- We may optimize our website or web pages at our discretion. Or we can optimize the website/pages under our control is called On Page SEO . Such as HTML, website design, content, URL etc. these various things we optimize or can do on our own website or web pages. 2. Off- Page SEO :- Instead of our own website or web pages, we may or do optimize on any other server or website or webpages that is called Off-page SEO. There are some techniques used for these two methods, the techniques that are very important in SEO are – * Black hat *White hat And *Gray Hat. On page and off page SEO is optimized by these techniques. For example, on-page optimization is done using this technique. Like - optimize HTML file, Content optimize, Keyword rich optimize, Optimize URL, Image optimize etc. Similarly off page is also optimized using this technique. For example- Backlines - This is to post your website url on another website so that others will click on your url through that website and view your website. Another one is domain authority, Social links, Forum submission etc.

Branded keyword- Branded keywords are specific to your brand or business. They include your company name, product names, or any unique terms associated with your brand. So, that is when something is searched with a brand name, it is called a branded keyword. Example - NIHT DIGITAL MARKETING. In SEO strategy, it's important to strike a balance between primary and secondary keywords to target a wide range of search queries while maintaining the relevance and authority of your content. The customer journey in marketing refers to the process a customer goes through when interacting with a brand, product, or service from the initial awareness through to the final purchase and beyond. It is a interactions a customer has with a company or product during their decision-making process. The "5 A's" of the customer journey in marketing are: 1. Awareness 2. Appeal 3. Ask 4. Act 5. Advocate Let's discuss - 1. Awareness:- This is where the customer becomes aware of your brand or product, through advertising, social media, online searches or any kind of advocacy of others. It's recall past any experiences. Basically awareness is knowing about your product or brand. That's why you must be highlighting its unique value and benefits. 2. Appeal:- After awareness, you need to make your offering appealing to your target audience. Customer become attracted to your brands or products or services. So, appeal can be a process that customer like your brand or products. 3.Ask:- At this stage, you encourage potential customers to ask questions or seek more information about your brand, product or service. This is where the customer searching for your product review, compare prices, contact with company , try out product at stores etc. This ask stages is basically convinced your customer through your brand review or information about your brand. 4. Act :- The "Act" stage is where you aim to convert interested prospects into paying customers. This is the point where customers make a purchase, sign up for a service. It's a critical step in the customer journey. In this stage customer buy your product online or offline, use the product first time, get service and also they complain about problem. Digital marketer requires different styles and skills and requires different approaches. Different types of requires skills are- 1. Use of Social media:- 1st of all good use of social media.As a result, how digital marketing is working using social media should be kept at your fingertips. 2. WordPress:- Must know how to use Wordpress. Because WordPress has to be used to create a website. Even in some cases HTML i.e. Hyper text markup language should be learned. 3. Data analytics - Google analytics should also be learned. Because it will be possible to know what kind of content needs to be created for clients. 4. Design sense:- Also know how to design Content. Because there is more practical than theory here. Like the product you want to sell, the ad for the product should be designed in such a way that the viewers are attracted to it and their interest is aroused in that particular product. So, having a basic design sense is very important. 5. Marketing:- Marketing which everyone must first know well and for that, what is the target audience or who are the target audience should be understood extensively.
