The customer journey in marketing refers to the process a customer goes through when interacting with a brand, product, or service from the initial awareness through to the final purchase and beyond. It is a interactions a customer has with a company or product during their decision-making process.
The "5 A's" of the customer journey in marketing are:
1. Awareness
2. Appeal
3. Ask
4. Act
5. Advocate
Let's discuss -
1. Awareness:- This is where the customer becomes aware of your brand or product, through advertising, social media, online searches or any kind of advocacy of others. It's recall past any experiences. Basically awareness is knowing about your product or brand. That's why you must be highlighting its unique value and benefits.
2. Appeal:- After awareness, you need to make your offering appealing to your target audience. Customer become attracted to your brands or products or services. So, appeal can be a process that customer like your brand or products.
3.Ask:- At this stage, you encourage potential customers to ask questions or seek more information about your brand, product or service. This is where the customer searching for your product review, compare prices, contact with company , try out product at stores etc. This ask stages is basically convinced your customer through your brand review or information about your brand.
4. Act :- The "Act" stage is where you aim to convert interested prospects into paying customers. This is the point where customers make a purchase, sign up for a service. It's a critical step in the customer journey. In this stage customer buy your product online or offline, use the product first time, get service and also they complain about problem. That's why this stage is very critical cause customer buying your product first time.
5. Advocacy:- After customers have made a purchase and experienced your product or service, the goal is to turn them into advocates. Advocates are loyal customers who not only continue to support your brand but also actively recommend it to others. They also marketing your brand or product by word of mouth. Customers
reviews play a significant role in this stage. They also keep using , repurchase and also recommend your brand to others, ultimately advocacy to others.
These stages represent a simplified framework for understanding and managing the customer journey. Effective marketing and customer engagement strategies are tailored to each of these stages to guide potential customers seamlessly through the journey.

1.Personal websites- Personal web pages are primarily used for informative or entertainment purposes but can also be used for personal career marketing, social networking, or personal expression.
A personal web page can be used for self promotion, to provide quick access to information.
2.Business websites -
Small Business: Small Business websites range from individuals running business to groups of people running small businesses. They have a budget more than personal websites but less then large business websites.
Large Business: Large business websites belong to large organizations and have more budget than small business websites. In large organizations, generally a section of staff is dedicated for the maintenance and management.
3.Informative websites- Informative websites are built for the purpose of providing information. Similar to information site, but dedicated to dispensing news, politics, and commentary. They can include anything like- News websites, Science websites, educational website.
4.Commercial Website- The purpose of this type of website is to sell products or services. Commercial websites are used for promoting a business or service and are among the most common type of website on the internet.The Internet address often ends with.com.
5.Educational Website- This type of website is to provide information about an educational establishment or to present information in an educational manner. The Internet address ends in .edu. It should provide high quality content that enriches and edifies it's visitors.
6.Entertainment Website- this type of website is to entertain and provide amusement. The Internet address often ends with .com. The sole purpose of an entertainment website is to provide a diversion for your audience that departs from their everyday live experiences.
7.Organizational Website- this type of website structure is to advocate a collective opinion or a groups point of view. It is a website where persons with similar interests, such as a club, hobby group, etc.If the website is a non-profit site the Internet address often ends with .org.
8.Photo Sharing Websites- These types of website are cropping up like fleas on dog. There are web companies like, Flickr.com, Photosite.com, and Google's Picasa. There could easily be over a hundred such sites that offer free photo sharing paid for by their online advertising. Also, many digital cameras and photo printers now come with software enabling mere mortals to create digital photo slide shows and upload them to the web.

Types of keywords in SEO, according to user's point of view.
According to user point of view there are 3 types are keywords. They are - 1. Short tail keyword
2. Long tail keyword
and
3. Semantic Keyword.
Let's discuss-
1. Short tail keyword:- Short tail keyword is a keyword where the user makes a general query. For example - if a user searches only by typing "SHOES" in the search engine. That is his general query. Because if user search for 'shoes' , you will never understand that what he wants about shoes . That means it is a general query. So, when a user searches for something in the search engine for a general query, it is called a short tail keyword.
Another example is Digital marketing, if any one search only "Digital marketing" in search engine, it is a general keywords. Because we doesn't understand what information user wants related to digital marketing. It is a general query to gather some information about digital marketing.
2. Long tail keyword:- It is a more specific keyword. That is, if a user wants specific information about something, he will search for his specific query. For example - if a user searches the search engine - "Best running shoes for women" then this is a specific query. That is long tail keyword.
Another example is - "Digital Marketing Institute in Kolkata" This is a long tail keyword. Because in case of short tail keyword, we have seen that a user searches "digital marketing" for general query, there is no specific query. But here it is seen that the user searched for a digital marketing institute which are in Kolkata. This is a specific keyword, it is called a long tail keyword.
3. Semantic keyword:- it is a keyword that the user writes in his own language and searches. That is, the user queries in his own language, it is called Semantic Keyword. For example if any user searched in search engine like "How I promote my marketing in online", so, it's a Semantic Keyword. That means similar in meaning with original keyword.

Keywords are an important part of SEO or Search Engine Optimization. Now let's know what the "Keyword" actually is?
keyword is a word or phrase that describe the content on your web page.
For example, keyword is the thing like when you search for something suppose you search "what is digital marketing? "here digital marketing is a keywords. And the same word refers to what your content is about.

1. According to the digital marketer's point of view.
And
2. According to the user's point of view.
The classification of these keywords is done in two ways, one from the point of view of the digital marketer and the other from the point of view of the user.
According to the digital marketer's point of view there are 3 types of keyword -
1. Primary keyword - it's the most important and relevant terms or phrases that directly relate to the content or topic of a web page. For an example - Digital Marketing Institute in Kolkata.
2. Secondary keyword - this keyword is related terms and phrases that complement your primary keywords. They are more specific and usually longer in length. I.e secondary keyword is empowered by primary keyword.
For an example - Digital Marketing Institute with placement in Kolkata
3. Branded keyword- Branded keywords are specific to your brand or business. They include your company name, product names, or any unique terms associated with your brand. So, that is when something is searched with a brand name, it is called a branded keyword.
Example - NIHT DIGITAL MARKETING.
In SEO strategy, it's important to strike a balance between primary and secondary keywords to target a wide range of search queries while maintaining the relevance and authority of your content. Branded keywords are essential for building brand recognition and retaining existing customers.
